1. the artist reserves the right to decline a comm.
2. do not remove the watermark or run the art through any ai generator.
3. current method of payment will be discord nitro.
4. product will be delivered digitally.
5. revisions are okay during initial sketch. once the sketch is done, no changes will be made.
6. a commission may take up to about a month. if there are complications, they will be discussed.
7. due to the payment method, there will be no refunds after the comm has been paid for.
8. payments are always split.
9. if the customer cancels an order that is already in progress, there will be a cancellation fee. amount varies on progress.
